I started training at ETS the offseason before my senior season. Before training at ETS I considered myself an average linebacker in the conference that I was playing in. Through the intense workouts and focus on speed and explosiveness I believe Ryan and the rest of the ETS crew transformed me into one of the elite linebackers in Division 3. Being around big time athletes and training with the intensity required at this gym gives you not only the physical ability to make plays in your respective sport but also the mental confidence to know that you can make plays that you had only dreamed about before. I owe a lot to the ETS trainers for giving me the best senior season that I could have thought of and I recommend any athlete to start working out there as soon as possible so you have no regrets for how you trained in the offseason.
